PHONE TAP TO FINAL SCORE

One quick tap. More time to play.

Confirm the players before the first serve. Record the result after the last point.

01Tap phones. Confirm the players.

Open MatchTap and bring your iPhones together. Confirm your partner and opponents, and your shared match is ready. That's the simple tap-to-start experience we're building.

Tap. Confirm. You're ready to play.
02Play first. Log the final score.

Keep your phone off the court. When the game is over, record the final score in one shared match.

One result for the whole court.
03Give your game a little more meaning.

Want to track your rating? We're designing an optional DUPR-connected flow for players who want their games to count.

DUPR-connected play. In the plan.

Phone-tap setup is a planned beta feature. DUPR-connected play is planned, subject to integration access and requirements. Joining the waitlist does not connect an account or submit a score.

Good questions.

Who is this for?

Recreational pickleball players who play with friends or at open play and want less hassle setting up matches and recording scores. We're starting with pickleball only.

How will tapping phones work?

You open MatchTap and bring your iPhones together to confirm who's in the match. Phone-tap setup is a planned beta feature, so the details may change as we test it with early players.

Will all four players need the app?

That's one of the things we want early testers to help us shape. The goal is to make joining a match as easy as possible, and we'll share more as the first version takes form.

Is the DUPR connection live?

Not yet. DUPR-connected play is planned, subject to integration access and requirements. Joining the waitlist does not connect an account or submit a score, and you don't need a DUPR account to join.

Do I need to keep score on my phone?

No. Keep your phone off the court and play. When the game is over, record the final score in one shared match.

When can I try it?

We are actively building and plan to share updates soon. Waitlist members will get development updates and invitations as early testing opportunities open up.
